Resumen El artículo analiza el Capítulo 1 del Título Preliminar del nuevo Código argentino y destaca la importancia de sus normas para transformar la práctica jurídica. Parte sintetizando el contexto histórico de la reforma y luego realiza un examen crítico sobre cada uno de los artículos y, en general, sobre el nuevo sistema de fuentes del Derecho argentino. Abstract The article analyzes the Chapter 1 of the Preliminary Title of the new Code and emphasizes the importance of its norms to transform the juridical practice. Part synthesizing the historical context of the reform and then it realizes a critical examination on each of the articles and, in general, on the new system of sources of the Argentine Right. Visão geral O artigo analisa o Capítulo 1 do Título Preliminar do novo Código e sublinha a importância das suas normas para transformar a prática jurídica. Parte sintetizando o contexto histórico da reforma e efetua seguidamente um exame crítico sobre cada um dos artigos e, em geral, sobre o novo sistema de fonte do direito argentino.
