Based on our opinion, it is effective since it still can ensure to maintain the objective in giving and advice without having to pay the consultant (Portfolio executive) in full time basis.
Effective because the company did not bond to the consultant and always can seek for the best for the sake of highly performance.

12.24:
The strength of the GYC remuneration package is they manage to design their remuneration package based to the particular need of the company.
The remuneration package that their design also create the competitiveness in the company to seek for the best and highly revenue.

12.25:
To overcome the problem of the undue risk, the company has to set the regulation to control the in warranted behavior for the employee and reward them for they good clean behavior that can jeopardized the company.
Create the sense of possessive belonging for The Business development, let them feel they one of the family and belong the company by using the vision strategy and non monetary reward. This can make the employee tend to stay and support the company even after get the windfall profit from the company.
Reward the employee with vacation trip as the remuneration can avoid the high taxed issues in the company. This strategy can overcome the tax due to the large profit of the employee per year and still can satisfied them.
