Guerra i conflicte en el curs inferior de l’Ebre en època romanorepublicana: les intervencions arqueològiques a la Palma, Camí del Castellet de Banyoles i les Aixalelles

Es presenten els resultats científics obtinguts en tres jaciments que formen part del projecte de recerca sobre l'estudi de les evidències arqueològiques relacionades amb activitats bèl·liques durant època romana republicana en el curs inferior del riu Ebre. A banda de la identificació d'indicis clars d'ocupació durant la Segona Guerra Púnica o la Guerra Sertoriana, es detallen els diferents mèto-des i tècniques utilitzats per recuperar-los, així com els seus avantatges i inconvenients. Finalment, es defensa la prospecció sistemàtica d'aquests tipus de jaciments, sense estructures constructives conservades o identificables, com a mètode eficaç per a la seva anàlisi i comprensió.Our paper presents the scientific results from three sites surveyed within the framework of a research project on the archaeological evidence of Roman military activities during the republican period in the lower Ebro. In addition to the identification of clear traces of occupation during the Second Punic War or the Sertorian War, we describe the different methods and techniques used to recover them, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, we defend the systematic survey of sites without preserved or identifiable architectonic structures as an effective method for their analysis and understanding.
