Recent archaeological research in the Guadalajaraprovince has showed a generalized dynamic of re-ocupation ofold habitats in the late Roman Empire. Carpetan and Celtiberianvillages, as well as caves used during Prehistory, are the main reocupiedhabitats. Habitat restructuring is concurrent with theeconomic situation but also with the political and social instabilityof the 4th and 5th centuries AD.
