Estudio del Regimen Constitucional y Legal Tratamiento Penal del Indígena

The Venezuelan Constitution gaves the indigenous people, the right of create their own jurisdiction, basing this jurisdiction in the indigenous custom Law. Which are the legal and constitutional limitations for this jurisdiction? What legal problems are created with this constitutional disposition? This work will try to elucidate these questions.La Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela le otorga a los pueblos y comunidades indígenas, el derecho a poseer una jurisdicción propia de acuerdo con sus usos y costumbres ancestrales. ¿Cuáles son las limitaciones constitucionales y legales que comprometen el alcance de esta norma? ¿Qué problemas legales crea la aplicación de la misma? Este trabajo intentará dilucidar ambas preguntas.
