ESTABILIDAD, CIRCULARIDAD Y ORIGEN: UNA LECTURA FENOMENOLÓGICA DE LA CONCEPCIÓN POLÍTICA DE LA JUSTICIA

Este trabajo propone un acercamientoal liberalismo político desde la fenomenología.Comienza con la descripción del espacio políticodemocrático como aquel que puede ser abordadodesde la correlación de la facticidad institucionaly los principios de la justicia. En un segundomomento, profundiza en cómo Rawls entiendela formación de este espacio desde el constructivismopolítico para evitar el compromiso conuna filosofía trascendental. Finalmente, el trabajohace una relectura de la concepción política de lajusticia desde la fenomenología husserliana atendiendoa los conceptos de origen, actitud fenomenológica,epojé y reducción.//This article proposes an approachto political liberalism from phenomenology. Itbegins with the description of the democraticpolitical space as one that can be studied fromthe correlation of institutional facticity andprinciples of justice. Secondly, it digs intohow Rawls understands the formation of thisspace from political constructivism to avoidcommitment to a transcendental politicalphilosophy. Finally, the article takes a reading ofthe political conception of justice from Husserl’sphenomenology paying attention to the conceptsof origin, phenomenological attitude, epochéand reduction.
