1- ABSTRACT:
In this report we are discussing about ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS. Which is the best leading company of chemicals in Pakistan. Importance of training and development, effects of training and development in ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS is also highlighted in our report. How company select trainer,what types of training company gives to its employees is told in the report. Training method and employees perception over training in ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS is also the part of this report. The company did not invest blindly on their employees,they give trainings according to employee's capabilities. They will not adopt everything that is happening in this world,the techniques of their trainings also mentioned in the report. Better trainings gives better development to ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS.
4.12 PROBLEMS IN ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS DUE TO LACK OF TRAINING:
Following are some problems faced by ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS due to lack of training:
DECREASE IN PRODUCTION:
When employees were not properly trained they will not give the output that meets ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS standards. Their production was not up to the mark because of their inefficiency company facing decrease in their production which minimize their overall profit.

CONFLICTS:
When trainings didn't gives often conflicts were arising in company that is new hired employees have latest knowledge about new techniques but older employees was not be able to understand that techniques so environment of company being disturbed.
5- CONCLUSION:
From this report we conclude that ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS truly believes in training and development therefore the company is strongly working on this sector and we are the witnessess of their standard. The company believes that training its employees are the key to maximize their profit. They hired trainers from abroad as well and tell them what is lacking in their employees so that trainers give training programs according to it. In ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS employees must go through at least one training in a year, and different trainings also given according to the employee's skills. The company basically focus on soft skills training. The company also takes feedbacks from employees after one month of training and also examine either training is effective or not for their company. So basically we can say that development in organisation is because of training and ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS knows this very well and they are generating profit day by day through this strategy. Their determination makes them the leading chemical company of Pakistan.

6- RECOMMENDATIONS:
The co-ordination between different departments of ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS should be improved it will lessen the bureaucratic cost and increase the efficiency of the company.
The activities like customer and dealers satisfaction should be performed on regular basis so the ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS should know the feedback regarding products and company as well.
The ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS should strengthen their advertising and promotional strategy for maximization of its profit.
7- LIMITATIONS:
Because of the high standard and security issues of the company we have faced too much difficulty for the survey because of their rules and regulations they were not allowing us while we have links there.
Because of very few competitors we are unable to find out the SWOT analysis of ENGRO POLYMER AND CHEMICALS.
Though company is doing perfect job therefore we have to be very limited while recommendations.
