El problema catalán

The Catalan secessionism is not new, but  in the last time it has been especially actual. For that are, among other reasons, the short tem politics of the conservative Party PP  and of the in Catalonia  ruling  nationalistic CDC to blame. Secessionistic tendencies  nevertheless  will hardly succeed, since there are important forces against: besides the Spanish Constitution and the European Union especially the present course of history and its implications. The problem will remain unresolved and, as Ortega y Gasset already  stated, Spaniards have to live with.
