El presente artículo indaga en la relación entre el principio de la abstención del uso de la fuerza y la agresión, entendida ésta como la más grave de sus violaciones; su comparación con las demás violaciones al principio; y las consecuencias jurídicas particulares que plantea. This article explores the relationship between the principle of non-use of force and aggression, understood the latter as the gravest violation of the principle; comparison with other violations of the principle; and the legal consequences of that relationship.
