The present research determines how the work that a graphic designer contributes to the formation of the corporate image of a company, it carries out a study of the construction of corporate image from the design perspective. It aims to be useful for students of this career, illustrate them in one of the possible areas they can perform in and demonstrate the value and benefits of their work. As methodology, it performs an analysis of information from multiple specialized sources. Firstly, it constructs a theoretical framework of the concept and composition of the corporate image, and who is and what does a graphic designer do. Subsequently, the relationship between the two is determined and thus it is discovered that the designer is dedicated to building the corporate identity of a company. As conclusion, it is determined that the importance of the designer in relation to corporate identity lies in the fact that his work is the communication media between a company and its users, which is determinant for the commercial success of any company.
