El presente trabajo está dedicado al estudio del derecho a la identidad genética de las personas concebidas a través de técnicas reproductivas heterólogas. Se pretende ofrecer una mirada integral de la cuestión a partir del análisis de la regulación en el derecho comparado, pasando luego a considerar el abordaje en el nuevo Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación Argentina.
