The public ecclesiastical law, regulates relations between State , individuals and church. Currently, the legal platform have made ​​significant changes, this changes should be put into consideration for proper development of religious bodies in the country.The purpose of this paper is to update the standards listed in the book " Estado de derecho y fenómeno religioso: una aproximación al derecho eclesiástico del estado en el Ecuador " and likewise, make a contribution within the scope of the general law , with the publication of a book containing the main elements related to ecclesiastical law in Ecuador.
