Ejes de desarrollo potencial de los municipios Rafael Urdaneta y Junín, Estado Táchira, Venezuela Potential Development Axis in the Municipalities of Rafael Urdaneta and Junin, State of Tachira, Venezuela

The municipalities of Rafael Urdaneta and Junín in the state of Tachira, possess productive potentialities that require a strategic orientation for its sustainable development. The purpose of this research is to define the municipal vision and mission, as well as the potential development axis, that is considered a key input for the design and execution of local development proposals. Using the participative research method, based on workshops that use the Nominal Group Technique, we established the vision of the municipalities and the mission of the organizations involved in the local administration, necessary for the determination of the axis of potential development .
