Democracia deliberativa y Estado de Derecho: La propuesta sociopolítica de Jürgen Habermas a las sociedades del siglo XXI

This paper tries to find out what we mean whenwe talk about deliberative democracy. To that purpose we willproceed from the Habermasian notion of deliberative democracyand its relation to the foundations of politics. The developmentof the Theory of Communicative Action in the book Faktizitätund Geltung offers a normative-philosophical interpretation ofpolitics as democracy and its unfolding in the State of Law.
