De Bolívar al Pibe o el Ocaso de los ídolos: El caso de las esculturas de Bolívar en la Plaza de Bolívar de Bogotá y del Pibe Valderrama en Santa Marta

Significance issues of two sculptures on public space. Contrast between a XIX century International hero (Bolívar) and a XX century soccer player (Pibe) and the differences between the social activiation of both sculptures and its impact in their conservation.
