DAY 19 ­ CBT: Data Entry with Incomplete Information    Typing Speed Game (10 minutes)  1. Go to ​ http://play.typeracer.com​  and compete either with your peer or with a virtual  guest from the site.  2. You have 8 minutes to play the game and record your ending WPM and accuracy at  the 10 minute mark from the website.    Data Entry (20 minutes)  1. Importance of paying attention to detail especially in following the work  instructions  b. Be able to edit the information sent by the client to match the work instructions  before entering the data into google sheets  c. Identify fields required based on the work instructions  d. Send email to clients requesting for the missing or incorrect information  e. Multitask while waiting for client’s response    Email Guidelines (60 minutes)  1. Reseach e­mail guidelines on the internet:  a. Structure  b. Register  c. Graphics and design  d. Grammar and spelling  e. Use of acronyms, initials, abbreviations, contractions and special characters  f. Email address    2. Research at least 1 sample of bad and good e­mails.  3. Type your answers in google docs and export your work in PDF.  Don’t forget to site  the website where you got your research for reference.    Enter Vendor Information (45 minutes)  1.
