This book summarized the conclusions of an international comission organized by The Interamerican Dialogue, which was coordinated by ex-presidents Ernesto Zedillo and Ricardo Lagos,  to analize Latin American education.  The document includes a diagnosis and policy suggestions of the main issues, as preschool access, quality and equity, or teaching and teachers professionalism. The book was edited by Editorial Santillana.
