The aims were update the inventory of Mollusc that are caught for human consumption, determine the species more importantly, determine the polygons of the areas of capture, analyze the socio-economic characteristics of fishermen. The biological sample consisted of molluscs caught by fishermen and 72 surveys were conducted. 48 species were identified and 16 were the most important. A significant percentage of organisms are caught before contributing to the gene pool. The generational change is low, income is limited. For most molluscs that are fished there is no regulation, which are necessary for fishery biology studies to contribute to the regulation of coastal fishing of molluscs. Normativity is insufficient, there is an urgent need for management plans to conduct sustainable fisheries.
