Enfermedad Actual:
Paciente con antecedente de cefalea y con estudios que reportaron malformación cavernosa frontal izquierda y por persistencia de sintomatología deciden llevar a cirugía.

Antecedentes
Patologicos: malformacion arteriovenosa cerebral tipo cavernoma, sindrome frontal izquierdo, cefalea, trastorno del sueño, sindrome disejecutivo de 1 año de e volucion, rinitis alergica, gastritis ocasional.
Quirurgicos: reseccion de lesion en cara en la niñez
Farmacologicos: ninguno
Alergicos: negativo
Toxicos: fumador de los 15 a los 18 años social
Transfusionales: negativo
Familiares: padres atopicas, abuelos diabeticos, abuela materna leucemia
(diagnostico por gastropediatria)
Niega otra sintomatología
