This 416 pages book contains a series of articles and interviews related to Bogota's emblematic turn around under mayors Antanas Mockus (1995-1997; 2001-2003) and Enrique Penalosa (1998-2000). The contributions focus on issues of planning, governance, public space, mobility, heritage, participation, and youth at risk. The book is richly illustrated and beautifully designed by Diego Amaral. It is also the official catalogue of Colombia's first ever contribution to the Architecture Bienal in Venice (in 2006). The book is since long sold out. Only a couple of pages are included here.
