This bachelor degree dissertation presents a theorical context to evaluate the labours of communication of the Council of the Alhambra and the Generalife, from a literature review of the incipient field of museum communication. Adressing essentially the online communication of this institution by including their web paradigm to the online press office and its presence and activity in social media. Three exhibitions or works that have taken place between 2007 and 2015 are also analyzed and a proposal to assess its efficiency in terms of visitor studies and behaviourism is launched. All of these elements are required to compose the feedback that turns museum experience into a communicative process, not only between audiences and artwork but between museums and them.
