The main aim of this contribution is to show the actual results of de anthropological research realized about the C Sector of the cemetery of Cortijo Coracho (it was dated between IV th to VII th century). The skeletal remains correspond to 89 individuals studied in 60 burials grounds. Paleodemography study shows life expectancy to birth was 34 years old and the life’s quality of population was like contemporary populations. Dental paleopathology study, in agreement with oral lesions watch, shows diet would include cariostatics products (proteinics foods) fundamentally.
