The following reflection will consist in carrying out sorne of the strands of the arguments of personal authority and apologetic arguments present in the teresian discourse, as well as in sorne of the more fruitful current hermeneutics to unveil the language of St. Teresa, such as the hermeneutic of otherness and the hermeneutic of effecrs.
