APHANISIS O EL ENCIERRO A VOLUNTAD EN UN FOTOGRAMA ROJO MLA

El artículo propone, primeramente, un cercamiento a la representación cinematográfica de los estados alterados de la conciencia inducidos por sustancias estupefacientes y alcaloides, concentrándose específicamente en el filme Arrebato, del realizador español Iván Zulueta. El texto en estudio, considerado una rareza dentro de los estudios fílmicos, ha sido elevado a la categoría de leyenda del cine por su carácter irrepetible, su temática autorreflexiva en torno al cine mismo y, sobre todo, por el tratamiento que le diera a la droga en tanto tópico (a nivel narrativo e imaginería) y en tanto " estímulo " para el proceso de creación. El tono gótico por el que circunda el relato, evocando constantemente a la figura mítica y romántica del vampiro, pone en escena el vínculo indefectible entre drogadicción y vampirismo, vínculo que encuentra su proverbial anudamiento tanto en el factor exceso, como en la colaboración pasiva de la víctima. La narración sugiere, de este modo, que el vampiro, al igual que el toxicómano, es personaje, no sujeto. Lo interesante en Arrebato es que el tándem vampírico-adictivo aparece ligado a la práctica de hacer cine puesto que es el cine mismo, como agente y como gran Otro, quién acaba ejerciendo la costumbre devoradora y terrorífica de aquel, mientras sus víctimas principales-Pedro y José-se entregan extasiados, tal vez con miedo, pero sin reticencias, a su aprehensión devastadora. ABSTRACT ABSTRACT This article proposes an approach to the filmic representation of the altered states of consciousness induced by drugs and alkaloids, focusing specifically on the film Arrebato, by Spanish movies Director Iván Zulueta. The movie, considered a rarity by film study critics, has been elevated to the category of cinematographic legend due to its unrepeatable nature, its reflexive essence regarding cinema itself, and above all, the handling of the topic of drugs or the effect of drugs on the minds (concerning the production of narrative and imaginery) and as an " incitement " for the creative process. The gothic tone in which the story mobilizes itself, evokes constantly the mythic and romantic figure of the vampire staging the link between addiction and vampirism, link that founds its proverbial junction by the excess as a factor and by the passive collaboration of the victim as well. The narration suggests in this way that both, the vampire and the drug addict, are characters not subjects. What is the most interesting, perhaps, in Arrebato is that this tandem is bound to
