Análisis Paleopatológico De Los Restos Humanos Del Sitio Puesto Pescador 1 (Tierra Del Fuego)

The paleopathological studies are meaningful approaches to understand human lifestyles, spatial distribution and social, economic and cultural aspects of human societies in the past. These kinds of analyses require particular interpretations about bioarchaeological record features for the formulation and contrast of hypothesis about human health. In Southern Patagonia, considering the scarcity of extensive human bones deposits, the paleopathological studies have been based on conglomerates of single recovered skeletons. In this paper we analyze, from a paleo- pathological point of view, the human bone rests recovered from Puesto Pescador 1 site (Tierra del Fuego).
