Alternativas de financiamento para startups

This paper addresses the challenges of small and medium-sized companies with high growth rates, the so called Startups, to fund their businesses. The paper analyses the differences between the external funding and self-funding,  and other new funding alternatives, such as the equity crowdfunding. Finally, the paper address improvements to legislation to aid better access to capital for small and medium-sized companies better.
