METODOLOGÍAPara la elaboración del caso clínico y el análisis de la relación entre la “teoría de las relaciones interpersonales” con la practica clínica, se utilizó la Teoría de Hidelgard Peplau, siguiendo las cuatro fases secuenciales interactivas necesarias para establecer una relación terapéutica con el paciente.En el caso clínico se aplicó la metodología enfermería propuesta por la American Nursing Association mediante el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería.  4. RESULTADOSUn varón de 46 años con Ansiedad acude a la consulta de Enfermería, tras realizar y evaluar el plan de cuidados se observó una mejoría significativa en todos los indicadores sin repetición de cuadros ansiosos en situaciones sociales durante los 6 meses de seguimiento.  Los modelos teóricos favorecen la planificación, la predicción y la evaluación de los resultados fruto de los cuidados. Así, las fases de Peplau para establecer la relación terapéutica con el paciente encajan perfectamente con las fases del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería y el uso de la taxonomía enfermera como metodología sistematizada garantiza que las enfermeras compartan un lenguaje común y concepciones similares.5. CONCLUSIONES La teoría enriquece la práctica clínica; enfermería tiene la responsabilidad de fundamentar las teorías que guían la práctica clínica favoreciendo así el desarrollo y la mejora de la profesión, así como poner el conocimiento científico de enfermería al servicio del cliente-paciente.Abstract1. RESULTSA 46 year old male with Anxiety goes to the consultation of Nursing, after conducting and evaluating the care plan significant improvement in all indicators was observed without repeating frames anxious in social situations during the 6 months follow-up.Theoretical models favor the planning, prediction and evaluation of the results arising from care. Thus, the phases of Peplau to establish a therapeutic relationship with the patient fit perfectly with the phases of the nursing care process and the use of nurse taxonomy and systematic methodology ensures that nurses share a common language and similar concepts.5. CONCLUSIONSThe theory enriches clinical practice; Nursing has a responsibility to substantiate the theories that guide clinical practice thus promoting the development and improvement of the profession as well as putting the scientific knowledge of nursing customer service and patient.
