Генетическая дифференциация локальных популяций темной лесной пчелы Apis mellifera mellifera L. на Урале (Genetic differenciation of local population of dark European bees Apis mellifera mellifera L. in Ural).

During the last two centuries, beekeepers in Russia and European countries imported bees from southern regions to the north, resulting in the gene pool of a dark forest bee subspecies Apis mellifera mellifera L. was subject to significant hybridization. To clarify the genetic level previously published in the literature on the morphological data native bee populations in the Urals, in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Perm region we have analyzed markers of mitochondrial polymorphism (intergenic locus COI-COII mtDNA) and nuclear (two microsatellite loci, ap243 and 4a110) DNA . Select the four surviving local populations dark forest bees A. m. mellifera in the Urals and received their basic genetic characteristics. Data on the genetic structure and geographical location of areas of local populations dark forest bees in the Urals can be helpful in restoring the disturbed gene pool of A. m. mellifera in Russia and other northern countries. В течение последних двух веков пчеловоды в России и европейских странах завозили пчел из южных регионов в северные, в результате чего генофонд темной лесной пчелы подвида Apis mellifera mellifera L. был подвержен значительной гибридизации. Для уточнения на генетическом уровне ранее опубликованных в литературе морфологических данных по аборигенной популяции пчел на Урале, в Республике Башкортостан и Пермском крае нами проведен анализ полиморфизма маркеров митохондриальной (межгенный локус COI-COII мтДНК) и ядерной (два микросателлитных локуса, ap243 и 4a110) ДНК. Выделены четыре сохранившиеся локальные популяции темной лесной пчелы A. m. mellifera на Урале и получены их основные генетические характеристики. Данные о генетической структуре и географической локализации ареалов локальных популяций темной лесной пчелы на Урале могут быть полезны при восстановлении нарушенного генофонда A. m. mellifera в России и других северных странах.
