RESUME : La crise suicidaire représente un moment de fragilité et de rupture psychique dont le risque majeur est le geste suicidaire proprement dit.

Son identification avec ses facteurs de risque

est le préalable à

toute approche thérapeutique. L’intervention psychiatrique comporte un éventail d’approches qui peuvent aller du soutien psychologique à l’hospitalisation en passant par le suivi psychiatrique ambulatoire avec prescription de psychotropes. Dans cet article nous aborderons la clinique de la crise suicidaire ainsi que les modalités thérapeutiques psychiatriques et les approches psychothérapeutiques. Mots clés : crise suicidaire, facteurs de risque, traitement, psychothérapie. ABSTRACT:The suicidal crisis is a transient period of weakness and psychological disturbance which can lead to suicide. The psychiatric evaluation of the suicide process and the identification of risk factors is the cornerstone of the management of patients with suicidal behaviors. This management include an array of interventions among them supportive psychotherapy, hospitalization or outpatient follow-up. In this paper we review the clinical aspects of the suicidal crisis and the therapeutics modalities including psychotherapy approaches.
