This is just an example of one sequence, there could b e other sequence like: B,C,D,E,F,G,H,A; C,D,E,F,G,H,A,B; D,E,F,G,H,A,B,C; E,F,G,H,A,B,C,D; F,G,H,A,B,C,D,E; G,H,A,B,C,D,E,F; H,A,B,C,D,E,F,G; And each of them have 315 degree of arc. The pale blue represent the center axis which joined all of them as a group, and the group can all rotate in the same direction. It is not necessary that we have eight members in a set, we could have 6 members arranged in similar way each has 300 degree of arc. The order of sequence is of utmost importance so water dropping from the height would cause all of them to rotate in anti- clockwise direction. It would rotate in clockwise direction if the order of sequence is reversed. Yellow denote the plastic tube for water to flow from top to bottom.

The red denote the magnetized ferromagnetic strip in each of the group member, and they are evenly distributed in the rim of all group member or rotor. Outside the plastic water tube, the black denote EM coils lying in a group in a circle from head to tail, and tail to head. Or we could around EM coils all perpendicular to motion or rotor, or we could arranged them as individual coil groups each with independent center axis rotating around the rotor. (We could also box-in the coil group using magnets just like the dropping magnet designs.)

Now as the water flowing from the top to the bottom of the tube, it would cause the rotor to rotate as a group in anti-clockwise direction (or clockwise direction if the sequence is reversed), and the rotor has magnetized strop in the rim would produce magnetic flux that cut through the EM coils arranged in circles outside the water tube, thereby electricity is produce due to flow of water from top to bottom.(Or left to right, right to left if the pressure is higher in one side than the other.) Notice that we draw only one unit of such a rotor, in real application each water could made of more than hundred of unit like this. It is also not necessary that the liquid flow from top to bottom as long as one opening has higher hydraulic pressure to made the liquid flow in only one direction.
