Programas de incentivo ao voluntariado: novos desafios para ética gerencial

This paper analyses the management of volunteers in programs of corporate volunteering and Non-Governmental Organizations at Brazil. The author discusses the strategies to improve the performance of volunteer manpower and the challenges of the diffusion of new technologies of management in the Brazilian Third Sector. In this scenary the traditional Human Resources Management Strategies of salary workers in private organizations can't be used in the Non-Governmental Organizations and programs of Corporate Volunteering. The volunteering needs news strategies and technologies of management of people.
