The Coveta Emparetà is an archaeological site known since the beginning of the 20th century. The material culture recovered from inside this cavegives evidence of Early and Middle Neolithic occupations, as well as later ones. A set of human remains whose chronological attribution was unknown untilnow was also found at the site. Herein we present both the physical anthropological study of these remains as well as the result of two radiocarbon datingchecks effected directly on the same. Both of them being a piece of evidence in the sense that the Coveta Emparetà was used as a funerary space during theBronze Age.
