Las viviendas de uso turístico en el nuevo entorno P2P. Retos sociojurídicos para el consumo colaborativo en el alojamiento turístico

Recientemente en España, en la rentabilización de segundas viviendas mediante el alquiler para fines de alojamiento turístico, caracterizada tradicionalmente por la economía sumergida y la falta de regulación específica, han irrumpido nuevos actores, como las web p2p, que las han convertido en una relevante competencia para hoteles y apartamentos turísticos reglados. En este nuevo entorno de consumo colaborativo es necesario redefinir la regulación de este tipo de alojamientos, cuyo ascenso imparable puede aprovecharse en pro de la competitividad turística de los destinos españoles. Abstract: Recently in Spain, on the profitability of second homes by renting for tourist accommodation, traditionally characterized by the black economy and the lack of specific regulation, new actors such as web p2p have appeared. They have become an important competition to hotels and regulated apartments. In this new environment of collaborative consumption it is necessary to redefine the regulation of this type of accommodation, which unstoppable rise can be exploited towards the competitiveness of Spanish tourist destinations.
