Descripción

The need to integrate design, entrepreneurship and marketing in local areas. This paper intends to illustrate the research developed by the scholarship María Sol Sierra with Federico Del Giorgio Solfa and Federico Ernesto Lagunas in as director and co-director respectively. The above studies were performed in the framework of Scholarships and Improving the Scientific Research Commission of the Province of Buenos Aires and the thesis project running PhD in Contemporary Latin American Art at the National University of La Plata. The three works are contextualized in the Province of Buenos Aires from 2012 to the present. Initially the design process and development of new products and its relationship with marketing is studied, analyzing different business scales and showing that different methodologies coexist. The investigation, first proposed replacing two approaches: from marketing (conceived as a type of management) and industrial design; but progress highlighted the need to add as a third approach engineering and abarcándose the three main ways of designing and developing new products. It was shown that the methods studied were feasible complementary, integrative methodology defined articulating the essential characteristics of each approach and as an additional contribution, the role of industrial design is presented as a central articulator connecting engineering (from industry) with users on the market, through the marketing management. Reached this instance, came in the team's concern capitalize the methodological tools are gathered, framing the processes of product design in the context of local development. In this way, local development experiences made in the province and analyzed extensive plan, we investigated how the industrial design and marketing strategies can be presented as cooperating in this goal. This research axis was proposed and approved as satisfactory thesis proposing the disciplines mentioned as bearers of votes for socioeconomic development in local areas, with greater self-sufficiency and development of local identity tools.RESUMEN.
