The Water Control Authority of Buenos Aires Province: territorial organization and functioning of the Buenos Aires perspective regionalization. This paper aims to give an account of the background and perspective of pulse regions and / or delegations Control Agency Water of Buenos Aires (OCABA), as well as examine the criteria for delegation and / or regionalization functions that, as a rule, could having been assigned. Among the main challenges taken, try to make an analysis of key policy milestones that were modifying the actions of the various agencies evolved to cause the OCABA. In addition, maps of the Province of Buenos Aires, where regions assigned by the different standards are indicated and the existence and diversity of providers of public health services is displayed is displayed. Once the respective analysis and diagnosis, I conclude with some proposals to align is themed with the principal axes of the provincial government.RESUMEN. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo dar cuenta sobre los antecedentes y perspectivas de impulso de las regiones y/o delegaciones del Organismo de Control del Agua de Buenos Aires (OCABA), como así también, examinar los criterios de delegación y/o regionalización con las funciones que, por norma, pudieran habérseles asignado. Entre los principales desafíos asumidos, intentamos realizar un análisis de los principales hitos normativos que fueron modificando el accionar de los distintos organismos que evolucionaron hasta originar el OCABA. Asimismo, se mostrarán mapas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, donde se indicarán las regiones asignadas por las diferentes normativas y se mostrará la existencia y diversidad de prestadores de los servicios públicos sanitarios. Una vez realizado el análisis y diagnóstico respectivo, concluiremos con algunas propuestas tendientes a alinear está temática con los principales ejes del gobierno provincial.
